Our Experience
LIFT Employment Services LLC offers 14 years of Employment Consultant experience to assist through goal-oriented job searches. The support provided will follow all DVR guidelines and will also work to identify and further develop independent abilities. There is a lot of creativity available for success, and LIFT Employment looks forward to working 1:1 with many DVR consumers as they begin, obtain, reach, and maintain their independent employment goals.
Our Expertise
Assisting DVR consumers reach their employment goals, not only by learning the required job tasks but by building their independence so that they have the ability and skills to remain successful after their initial support has faded. Identification of successful placements, individualized job searching and job carving, over 10 years of active knowledge regarding DVR work programs, follow along, and job retention supports to ensure longevity and stability.
